chris ware funky pump swanseaChris is the most experienced trainer at the gym with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. As a personal trainer Chris prides myself on taking an interest in what everyone wants to achieve, whatever stage they are at with their training.

He has trained a diverse range of clients including Enzo Maccarinelli but he also likes to train those who want to lose a few pounds and shape up for their summer holidays!

 

Chris says...

“I am totally dedicated to each person as long as they are equally dedicated back! Getting in shape, achieving your goals, looking and feeling better is not as easy as paying someone to stand over you and chose a few exercises and count your REPS!!

If you are serious about getting fit and really want to see benefits and keep them, then you have got to make a choice! Health and Fitness is a way of life - simple as that!! It's a blunt reality but the fitness industry is full of contradictions and false promises.

The cold reality is its a very simple concept to getting in shape, looking and feeling awesome for life everyday!! People have also made a lot of money on what can only be described as GIMMICK workouts and diet plans!”

Specalising in weight managment, toning and definition, Keri says " By mixing up a good range of regular exercise and cardio, along witch a well structured and healthy balanced diet, goals can be achieved in no time. As a personal trainer I will work specifically to the goals in which my client is trying to achieve to get the best results possible."

Keri is also a previous 2 time Welsh Olympic style lifting champion winning his first under 17 competition at the age of 14 and also won the under 19 category at the age of 17.

Gemma has been a qualified fitness instructor for over 5 years now and is both a Funkypump class instructor and also a personal trainer.

Working hard to push her clients, Gemma gets the best out of any workout and helps them achieve whatever their personal goals maybe. She also specialises in weight management and Guerilla fitness. 

 

 

funky pump carlCarl has been a personal trainer for over a year trained by Premier training international. Prior to that was a professional footballer with Swansea city for 4 years before moving onto semi pro Level.

Carl specialises in weight management and core training and his core training methods are through the use of Kettle bells and TRX suspension training. His classes will build a fundamental part of our studio timetable.
