Gemma has been a qualified fitness instructor for over 5 years now and is both a Funkypump class instructor and also a personal trainer.
Carl specialises in weight management and core training and his core training methods are through the use of Kettle bells and TRX suspension training. His classes will build a fundamental part of our studio timetable.
